Through FAULMATA, he aims to educate the younger generation on the realities of the energy transition, as well as facilitate and streamline the way energy companies and high executives do business and close deals.
In an industry still dominated by legacy systems and outlooks, the opportunities for revolution are vast.
How it Started
Emilio's passion for energy started with Latin America. Working at legal directory Chambers and Partners, a conversation with energy lawyers in Bolivia sparked his curiosity.
This led to months of research into the industry, and culminated in the launch of FAULMATA Energy group - a news, analysis and interview platform.
Dedicated to uncovering the greatest opportunities for innovation in Latin America's energy sector, today, Emilio's focus spans the global energy industry.

Breaking Into the Industry
Following an initial rejection from The Energy Year, Emilio launched FAULMATA, doubling down on his content and insights.
After 8 months of work on FAULMATA, he reapplied and today interviews top energy leaders everyday.
So far he has been placed in Mexico and Kuwait and has had the opportunity to interview executives of important companies like Nordex Group, EY, Akali Marine and Life Energy.
